Sherry Hunt 2013

Sherry won the crowd for the title when she opted to have an amazing lingerie ensemble bodypainted on her toned physique.  A resident model for Ace Angels Bodypainting, and a popular local previously working for Creekside Fitness, this bright lady recently attained her certification as a personal trainer and has decided to get creative and launch her own business appropriately titled Miss Whis Fitness.

Kristy Mitchell 2012

Representing our upcoming 2012 year is Miss Kristy Mitchell. A long term local in town, Kristy won the hearts of the audience and judges when she made it snow inside Tommy Africas Night Club on the night of the competition. Kristy loves to embrace the outdoor sports and has a love of journalism as she even writes her own Blog. A familiar face in the community, Kristy can be seen as a regular host on Resort TV. Kelly Hitchcock 2011

An incredibly productive year was the reign of Miss Whistler 2011 Kelly Hitchcock. A popular girl in the hospitality scene having worked at The Longhorn Saloon, Citta's Bistro, and Nicklaus North Golf Course all at the same time doing random modeling events in town (Monster Energy, Salomon) proved this girl to not be lazy. From running a night club (The Village) and helping with marketing and sales of the Whistler Exposed Calendar, Kelly would always make time to utilize her seasons pass and snowboard as often as possible. A huge opportunity arose for Kelly on one of the random modelling asignments when she was asked to be "The Cupcake Giirl" at singer Michael Buble's wedding. Photos of Kelly surfaced world wide in many publications and on several entertainment shows thanks to the creative work by Paintertainment.

Jane Heiress 2010

Trendy and fashionable Amanda Jane Heiress epitomized Miss Whistler for the most exciting season of 2010. With the Winter Olympic Games present, Amanda Jane was constantly scheduled for several public appearances throughout the town all while working full time as a marketting agent for Canadian Snowmobile Adventures. Modelling jobs were constant (Salomon, Monster Energy, Whistler Blackcomb) and scored big with a spot in a Coca Cola commercial that season. Acting was also a passion for Amanda Jane and with her local recognition in town which included roles in the local B-Grade Horror Festival, she went on to pursue some further education in Vancouver and now is back in her home land of Australia. Big things are on the horizon for Amanda Jane and we wish her luck!

Sara Sia-Cavalcanti 2009

Sara Sia- Cavalcanti claimed the title of Miss Whistler 2009 when she appeared on stage as the only girl accessorizing her bikini with snowboard boots and goggles. A significant win and monumental contest had that night as Sara was competing with some buxom and sultry contestants including a former Playboy Cyber Girl. The crowd never strayed from Sara and ruptured with applause and cheers as petite Sara danced and did her thing. Sara proved that you didn't have to fit the cookie cutter mold of beauty and shined loud and proud as Miss Whistler for the season. The stunning beauty has since left to return home in Australia and has recently gotten married. Her Whistler family and friends wish her all the best with her future endeavors and hope she returns for a visit soon!

Melanie Belanger 2008

The most shocked winner for 2008 was Melanie Belanger who needed a week after to digest the news of her win! The strikingly tall beauty earned the title of Miss Whistler for that year and was asked to participate in several fashion shows during the season and beyond. A love of hiking, snowboarding, and surfing kept Mel in shape as she was constantly planning her next vacation or adventure. As one of the main bartenders at Earls Restaurant and having been a local in town for several seasons, Melanie decided it was time to return to school and has since completed her business degree in Ottawa, Ontario. The town of Whistler hopes to see her again!

Virginia Smith 2008

Whistler Exposed began hosting The Search for Miss Whistler event in 2008 and has to make a mention that there was not much of a contest when winner Virginia Smith took the stage for that year. The long term local owned the show that night and encapsulated the beauty of Miss Whistler. Athleticism from snowmobiling, skiing and horseback riding and an exceptional go-go dancer in town, Virginia also stayed busy in the hospitality industry as a bartender and later ran a night club (Maxx Fish) all while still partaking in acting and modeling jobs including a Claritan commercial and part on the television series Smallville. Her win as Miss Whistler brought her to the finals for Miss Bikini Body Canada. Virginia is a competitive horse trainer and equestrian, placing second in her division this year and qualifying for the BC Championships. We are very proud of her and are excited to shoot with her again soon!
